Amazing to me there is no mention of how these kids are going to eat in the absence of their free breakfast and lunch.
Obviously, based on the above communications, the city of Chester and the school district is limited on how to get important information out to our community concerning the Coronavirus. None of them sent me any releases to share with you which implies they are not trying hard to do everything in their power to reach as many people as they can.
Stay locked into the Chester Matters Blog. You will soon be directed to a dedicated website where we are only going to focus on Coronavirus in Black Communities across America, with Chester being ground zero.

Thank You for all of the information you’ve provided for the community and citizens of Chester. It saddens me to no end that the city officials are far less concerned about anything of importance concerning this city. I am not sure of Livia Smith’s qualifications, but I do know she has been a flunking of our ILLUSTRIOUS Mayor for well over 20 years, so such an important position is only befitting for someone so loyal.
